This Privacy Policy describes Motivo's use and sharing of information that you submit ("Member Submitted Information" or "MSI"-the content you have chosen to provide to Motivo on-site and on-line) which allows Motivo to place your order for products offered on the Motivo website. The expression "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member of any customer organization. This Privacy Policy applies to the services offered by Motivo and includes all Motivo branded URLs. Motivo services are hosted in the United States.

By accessing, using, or submitting information to or through the Motivo site or to us, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or submit information to us.

From time to time Motivo may modify this Privacy Policy to reflect industry initiatives or changes in the law, our MSI data collection and use practices, the features of the Motivo product and services, and such modifications shall be effective upon posting by Motivo on the Motivo Website. Collection and Submission of Information
When Motivo collects MSI from you it is because you are voluntarily submitting Registration data as a visitor, organization composite construction data or data information sufficient for you to make a purchase online. Motivo may also collect MSI from you if you choose to participate in Motivo Services activities like sweepstakes, contests, and surveys, because you want us to furnish you with products, services, newsletters, or information, or in connection with content or suggestions you submit to Motivo for review. In addition, Motivo collects other non-MSI including IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type. This data is used to manage and improve the Motivo Services, track usage, and for security purposes. Motivo Members may also choose to provide organization profile data or store non-MSI information in their profiles. The Profile Information in a Member's profile is provided at his or her sole discretion.

Motivo Members can change their Registration MSI and Profile Information at any time and can control how Motivo communicates with them by controlling their account settings, available within the "Edit Profile" portion of their Motivo profile.

The use of cookies: A cookie is a small bit of information that is stored on a user's computer for record-keeping purposes. We use cookies on the Motivo website simply to identify your Internet browser, store user's preferences, and determine whether you have installed the enabling software needed to address certain material on the site. However, we do not and will not use cookies to collect private information from any Member or other user of the Motivo website which they did not intentionally submit to us other than as stated in this Privacy Policy. A Motivo el tag is a tiny image inserted in a webpage and used to record the number and types of views for that page. You can program your computer to warn you each time a cookie is being sent, block third party cookies or block all cookies. However, by blocking all cookies you may not have access to certain features on the Motivo site.

Children
Motivo does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or knowingly allow such persons to register. Motivo employees, agents and contractors must have a business reason to obtain access to your MSI. Motivo may share your MSI with those who help us manage or provide Motivo information activities (for example: order fulfillment, statistical analyses, data processing), or with outside contractors, agents or sponsors who help us with the administration, judging and prize fulfillment aspects of contests, promotions and sweepstakes. These outside contractors, agents or sponsors may temporarily store some information on their servers, but they may only use your MSI to provide Motivo with a specific service and not for any other purpose. Motivo may also provide your MSI to a third party in those instances where you have chosen to receive certain information and have been notified that the fulfillment of such a request requires the sharing of your MSI. Motivo also may share your MSI with Affiliated Companies if it has a business reason to do so.
Within limits Motivo may customize the advertising and marketing messages you receive on the Motivo Website, or may work with outside companies to do so. Your non-MSI and/or Profile Information may be shared with these companies so this customization can be accomplished. Motivo prohibits these companies from sharing your non-MSI and/or Profile Information with any third party or from using it for any other purpose. Anonymous click stream, number of page views calculated by Motivo el tags, and aggregated demographic information may also be shared with Motivo advertisers and business partners.

Social Media and Widgets
Our Websites includes Social Media integration, including the Facebook Like button and other sharing widgets. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Motivo takes precautions to protect the information of the Members, as well as information collected from other users of the Motivo website. We use industry standard measures to protect all information that is stored on our servers and within our database.
